Corinne Dorfman, MPA, Cornell University: Over 15 yrs experience in philanthropy consulting aimed at solving community issues with technology and quantitative analysis. Providing CHERP with strategic planning, org. design, volunteer management, technology analysis, fundraising and process review.

Cecily Jackson-Zapata, J.D., Stanford Law School, CHERP General Counsel: corporate and tax attorney with over 20 years’ experience - expert in nonprofit governance and management, nonprofit and hybrid social enterprise law and management, and tax-exempt organizations, including mergers and fiscal sponsorship.

Emily Beierle-O’Brien, B.A in English Literature, Writer (Fiction and Children’s Books), energy efficiency program manager and data-base management professional experience.
